We don't have digital XRAY - how can we send images?
Depending on the reason for referral, it may be possible to arrange referral based on photos/descriptions of the problem and for us to work from original radiographs on the morning of arranged surgery. However, preferably originals should be posted or hand delivered to Portland Road Vets, 27 Portland RD, East Grinstead, RH19 4EB. All radiographs will be returned.
How quickly will somebody contact me and how soon can surgery be done?
We will be in contact within 24 hours of your referral. Depending on the surgery type, we aim to offer surgery within 7 days.
