Our Service
Surrey Hills Vets offers a visiting surgical service covering orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery. We offer an alternative to conventional referral allowing cases to be managed 'in house' but with our full support behind the scenes. Client and patient care remains with your practice unless referral to our 24/7 staffed practice in East Grinstead is preferred.
Following referral we aim to be able to perform surgery within 1-7 days and will even operate over the weekend if required. (Weekend surgery will be subject to extra charges, please contact us for a quote).
The cost quoted includes a consultation with the client on the morning of surgery and telephone/email support for the entirety of the patients life. We are very happy to see patients and clients post-operatively by arrangement (a small consultation/travel fee will apply).
Benefits to your practice
Patients can remain at their own practice.
Clients receive a more personal service with their pets being cared for by familiar vets at a familiar practice.
Our fees cover the procedure, consumables and travel but all income from anaesthetics, drugs, hospitalisation, lab fees, radiography etc stays with the practice.
If post operative care of the patient is difficult at your own practice then we are happy to accept referral to our practice in East Grinstead with vets on site 24/7/365
